Positions Available

 

Senior HVAC/Mechanical Designer

This position works with Senior Engineers to determine design criteria, drawing sequence, and presentation, sizing various system components, selects basic equipment and develops system layouts. Qualified candidates will possess an accredited Engineering degree and have passed or is in preparation for taking EIT exam.  Advanced level working with AutoCAD required and experience with REVIT preferred. Experience working with Healthcare facilities is desirable.

 

HVAC/Mechanical Engineer

This position will serve on multiple project teams, make major design determinations, be responsible for overall quality of design and coordinating design with all discipline staff members, and prepare studies, reports, preliminary outline specifications, and/or drawings. Qualified candidates will be a Registered Professional Engineer, possess a minimum of 5 years of progressively technical engineering experience.  Intermediate level working in AutoCAD and experience with REVIT a plus.  Experience working with Healthcare facilities is a preferred.

 

Receptionist - York Office

The receptionist is responsible for greeting all visitors, answering the main switchboard, maintaining employee and visitor logs, distributing mail and outgoing packages, maintaining fleet information, and coordinating internal special meetings.Other duties may include providing assistance with word processing, clerical support, coordinating stocking of cafeteria, office supplies, and miscellaneous duties associated with billings. A High School Diploma and/or relative years experience required with a professional, pleasant speaking voice.  Excellent oral communication skills including grammar and diction are must.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point are a plus.
