Everyone from the president to the newest graduate is accessible and happy to speak to you. You’ll get to interact with senior firm management on an every day basis as you work on projects. Something else that is unique is our open-book financial policy. A financial summary is shared with all employees during our monthly company luncheon. Information is also relayed about marketing results and future projections, as well as the firm’s strategic plans. This is a fun meeting, where all team members join together to celebrate the achievements of the company and recognize individual accomplishments. We hold random drawings for things like restaurant and car wash gift certificates; even vacation days!
