In our office, you see the sun!

In 2001, we transformed a historic, 20,000 sq. ft., 117-year old facility into our corporate headquarters. The following year we received the Pennsylvania Historic Preservation Award for Commercial-Industrial Buildings! The office features unique elements which showcase the distinctive nature of the building – exposed steel girders and beams and lofty, open feel. No matter where your desk is situated, natural lighting fills the space. Each workstation is fitted with new furniture and computers are loaded with the most recent computer software programs.

Our large company kitchen is stocked every Monday with FREE food. Whether you skipped breakfast, are pushing to meet a deadline and need a bite to eat, or are looking for a chocolate fix, our kitchen cabinets are filled with everything from yogurt, oatmeal, and fresh fruit; to sandwich and salad fixings; to ice cream, soda and candy bars. Seating is available with tables, at the bar or the outdoor patio area. For days when you’d rather get out and stretch you legs, we’re within walking distance of York’s Central Market House, a great escape with over twenty-five lunch counters, as well as many downtown restaurants. Within the Susquehanna Commerce Center campus, we also have a soup and sandwich deli right next door.

While you’re at work, your vehicle is protected from the elements in our FREE parking garage. No shoveling and scraping and no scorching car interiors when you end your day at work! There are also additional lots on site with plenty of visitor parking. If your schedule requires a trip to a jobsite, conference or meeting, company cars are available for your use. No wear and tear on your personal car and no annoying paperwork to complete to get reimbursed for mileage.
