There are three items of importance involved in a comprehensive mechanical and electrical quality assurance program:
Systems must satisfy the clients needs and be within budget.
Systems must be sized, designed and operated properly.
Systems must be coordinated with all other disciplines.
Quality Assurance Procedure:
Establish a well-defined and well-understood scope of work.
Develop continual communications with the client to ensure satisfaction.
Establish coordination between disciplines and form a Quality Assurance Review Team.
Coordinate space allocations to accomodate each discipline's needs.
Conduct a final coordination review of the project with the Quality Assurance Team, designers, and client's representatives.
Maintain several review forms to ensure that all work is reviewed, drawings are completed, and mechanical / electrical disciplines are well-coordinated.
Provide services through the use of qualified personnel and outstanding programs developed to ensure client's satisfaction.
