Barton Healthcare provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing for the 12,450 square-foot fit-out for Lancaster General Health Roseville Pediatrics. This facility provides primary care exclusively for children from birth through age 18. The practice is a comprehensive resource for children’s health care needs, from preventive care and treatment of common illnesses, to managing more complex behavioral and chronic conditions. The scope included coordination with the landlord regarding building utilities including HVAC, electrical, fire alarm and plumbing systems. The fast track project required close coordination between Barton and the landlord’s MEP subcontractors.
