West Campus Parking Structure

48,000 sq. ft. |Estimated $56.7 million | Estimated November 2020

Barton Education is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services to construct a new parking structure for University Park’s West Campus to accommodate overall campus growth. The project includes a modification of White Course Drive to the parking structure, including an expanded intersection and other site/civil/landscape improvements. The scope of work will also include expansion of the existing stormwater detention basin on West Campus. It is anticipated that the parking structure will accommodate approximately 1,670 parking spots and will support nearly 80,000 square feet of photovoltaic panels to generate electricity for the campus.
