New housing and wellness space for Metropolitan Village in Winston Salem, NC
Provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design and construction administration services for Metropolitan Village, a multi-family/mixed-use, new construction building in Winston-Salem, NC. This project will be completed in three phases and includes four buildings consisting of apartments, townhomes, urban flats, and retail space.
Phase one will include the construction of 192 different housing units including one-and two-bedroom apartments, townhome-style apartments, garden-style apartments, and apartments above the mixed-use building containing several business and organizations. (Renderings provided by H2 Studios)
