We are pleased to announce and welcome Zachary Harter, EIT as a Mechanical Designer and Samuel Owen as an Electrical Designer to work in our State College office.
Zachary is a recent graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology. For the past two years, he served as an intern with Barton where he gained valuable experience and became an integral design team member. Zachary recently earned an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) registration from the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists.
Samuel is also a recent graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
Zachary and Samuel will both be responsible for performing design and creating construction drawings utilizing building information modeling (BIM). They will also assist their engineering teammates with the preparation of studies, reports, specifications and probable construction costs for projects.
