We are pleased to announce that Dorian A. Rhoades has joined Barton as our Director of Human Resources!

Dorian is a United States Army Veteran with over 20 years of experience in human resources having previously held numerous HR leadership positions. He attended Penn West California (formally known as the California University of PA) where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Global Integrated Business, he also attended The Pennsylvania State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
In his new role as a Director of Human Resources, Dorian will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. The major areas include benefits, compensation, employee relations, employment, organizational development and planning, health and safety, and training. He will direct and coordinate firm-wide efforts of human resources staff while providing counsel and guidelines to senior management for all human resources issues.
