We are excited to announce that Judah P. Fickett, PE, has joined Barton as a Mechanical Engineer at our York office!

Judah brings over a decade of engineering experience across mechanical system design, HVAC, and infrastructure projects in commercial and institutional environments. His background includes leading complex projects, developing system designs, and supporting energy-efficient solutions across a variety of facility types. He has also provided mentorship to junior engineers and contributed to team coordination and project delivery. Earlier in his career, he built a strong technical foundation in design, drafting, and engineering support. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Messiah University.
In his role as a Mechanical Engineer, Judah will be responsible for performing system selection including design calculations and layouts; equipment research, selection and specification; and research of code requirements. He will also assist with the preparation of studies, reports, specifications and opinions of probable construction costs for projects.
