Chloe began her journey with Barton as an intern. After graduating, she joined our State College office as a BIM/CADD Technician. Chloe attended the South Hills School of Business and Technology, where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Specialized Technology with a focus in Engineering Technology.

When asked how the ESOP impacts her the most, Chloe shared, “It is motivating to know that I have an ownership stake in the company.”

Being a part of an ESOP means being part of a company that values its employees and their contributions.

Equestrian Eventing.

Something horse related.
