About Josh
Josh joined Barton in 2022 as a Mechanical Designer at our York Office. He attended Messiah University earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Tell us a little about your family/home life.
I just married my wife this past fall. We have been together for six years, since we met in college.

Bear, Delaware.
What was your first job in engineering like?
I liked it. My first engineering job was here.
What was the first job you got a physical paycheck?
Photographer at a conference center.
What does being part of an ESOP mean to you?
Working for an ESOP changes the way you look at your work. You go to work knowing you have an impact on your own future, both professionally and financially.
How do you like most about the ESOP?
I value the ability for my opinion to be heard as a member of the ESOP.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the ability to work a variety of different projects that stretch my ability and intellect, while being able to apply the same principles to become a professional in my field.
