About Jovanno
Jovanno joined our Raleigh office in 2018 and has since served as a Plumbing Designer. He attended The Wake Technical Community College, earning an Associate in Applied Science – Mechanical Engineering Tech.
When asked what being part of an ESOP means to him, Jovanno states, “It means we are all in this together and each individual plays an extremely important role in the success of our company.”
Tell us a little bit about your life at home.
I live with my lovely wife Shelby who is a travel nurse and spoiled dog Titan in our relatively new home in a very rural part of North Carolina. Whenever we have any free time, we would either be gardening or doing some DIY project.

Freeport, Bahamas.
Where did you go to college?
Wake Technical Community College.
What was your first job in engineering like?
My first job in engineering happens to be my current job and I find it to be a great place to work. I get to work alongside a collection of very talented and passionate individuals.
What was the first job you got a physical paycheck?
Island outsourcers. Which was a call center.
What do you like most about the ESOP?
I enjoy the events that the ESOP community organizes the most.
How does the ESOP impact you the most?
It makes me feel that I have a real stake in this organization.
What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that what I am designing on a computer will someday be built and benefit individuals in the real world.
If I wasn’t a Plumbing Designer, I’d be?
Veterinarian.

Basketball.

An item on my list is to travel to India.
