We are excited to announce that Barton’s Sarah C. Kane and Adelaide L. Pearce have recently transitioned from interns to full-time employees.
Adelaide and Sarah had both interned with Barton for the past year. Adelaide interned at our York office, while Sarah served in our State College office. After completing their internships, they both have accepted full-time roles with Barton.

Adelaide L. Pearce
As a mechanical designer, Adelaide will be responsible for performing design calculations and layouts; computer selections, research and specifications for equipment and research of code requirements. Adelaide recently graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science, in Mechanical Engineering. She will continue to serve out of our York Office.
Sarah C. Kane
As a lighting designer, Sarah will be responsible for performing design calculations and layouts; computer selections, research and specifications for equipment and research of code requirements. Sarah recently graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. She will continue to serve out of our State College Office.
