We are pleased to announce that Jonathan Slagel, PE, LEED AP, HFDP has been promoted to Vice President of our York office. Jon joined Barton in 1994 and has 20 years of experience as a project manager and mechanical engineer. He will serve as a business unit leader and oversee the daily activities of the York office, manage projects and serve as the primary contact for clients. He will also be responsible for establishing new business relationships for further growth. He will continue to serve as the Vice President of Healthcare.

Jon is a graduate of Duke University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as a Certified Healthcare Facility Design Professional with the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers and a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Society for Health Facility Engineering, American Society for Healthcare Engineering, American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers and National Society of Professional Engineers.
