Renovation of Beau Hall Maximizes Functionality of Existing Space
Barton Education provided MEP design and construction services for the renovation and reconfiguration of approximately 4,500 square-feet of the ground floor level at Beau Hall at Washington & Jefferson College.
The project involved the addition of ADA bathrooms, a study room, and reconfiguration of the lounge and lobby areas.
Replacement of the heating and cooling system with a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system within the renovated areas, replacement of lighting with LED fixtures, relocation and replacement of receptacles/data jacks, and MEP infrastructure upgrades to support the locations of the kitchen and ADA suite swapping were completed.
