Ocean Health Initiatives Toms River Health Center to Serve New Jersey
Barton Healthcare provided complete MEP engineering and construction administrative services for the new 24,500 SF, two-story Ocean Health Initiatives Toms River Health Center outpatient clinic.
The community health center will provide a wide array of affordable services, including pediatric/adolescent medicine, obstetrics and gynecological services, internal medicine, family medicine, dental, pharmacy, and social services.
The project design focused on bringing natural light and exterior views to the patient population of the clinic.
The health center project was awarded the Associated Builders & Contractors 1st place Award of Excellence in Commercial $5-10M.
