Additions and Renovations at The Hill at Whitemarsh
Barton provided architectural lighting design services for the multiphase renovations and addition to the healthcare facility at The Hill at Whitemarsh located in Lafayette Hill, PA.
The specialty lighting design promotes a luxury resort feel while providing quality lighting levels to support the specific needs of a skilled nursing environment.
The project includes the addition to and renovation of existing resident units as well as multiple living, dining, and multipurpose public areas for residents. A two-story administrative building addition was also included in the design.
The Hill at Whitemarsh is a 7-acre Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with spacious, upscale homes and a fully equipped Fitness & Aquatic Center.
