We are excited to announce that Ruben E. Sandoval has joined Barton as a Senior Electrical Engineer at our Philadelphia Office!

Ruben joins Barton with 9+ years of experience in building design for higher education, residential, industrial, and healthcare facilities. Ruben is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania and a WELL-accredited professional (WELL AP). He attended Drexel University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Since graduating he has developed experience working as an electrical engineer for various firms in the Philadelphia region.
In his new role as Senior Electrical Engineer, Ruben will be responsible for performing system selection including design calculations and layouts; equipment research, selection and specification; and research of code requirements. He will also assist with the preparation of studies, reports, specifications and opinions of probable construction costs for projects.
