We are pleased to announce that Samuel D. Johnson is joining our York office as the newest member of our Information Technology team!

Samuel graduated from the York Technical Institute with an Associate Degree in Specialized Business, Computer Systems Specialist. Since graduating he has worked locally as an IT Technician for the past few years.
In his role as an Information Technology Support Specialist, Samuel will be responsible for providing technical support for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization. He will assist with the administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 applications, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and core network services, while supporting end users in both on-site and remote environments. He will also help maintain IT systems, manage software deployments and licensing, and ensure accurate documentation of support activities and technology assets.
