Barton is proud to announce that Frank V. Campisino III, PE has been named Director of Operations of our Philadelphia office! Frank’s promotion highlights the strong growth of our Philadelphia team and Barton’s ongoing focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Frank has more than 12 years of engineering experience and has been a key contributor to Barton since joining the firm in 2021. He has led a diverse portfolio of projects specializing in healthcare and education, serving as both a mechanical engineer and project manager. His experience includes work with clients such as Jefferson Health, Nemours Children’s Health, Temple University Health System, Virtua Health, Villanova University, and the University of Delaware.
As Director of Operations, Frank will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Philadelphia office, manage project delivery, serve as a primary client contact, and support the development of new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.
