We are excited to announce that Isaac K. Sluga has joined Barton as a Construction Services Representative in our State College office!

Isaac brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, supporting new construction, renovation, and major maintenance projects. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of roles, including electrician, electrical superintendent, project manager/estimator, and inspector.
In his new role as a Construction Services Representative, Isaac will be responsible for providing support to see that assigned projects are installed in accordance with plans and specifications and will serve as Barton’s representative during the construction phase of projects.
