New Baltimore Medical Systems Fit-Out Provides a New Outpatient Clinic
Barton Healthcare provided mechanical and electrical design engineering services to fit-out approximately 14,400 square feet of existing retail space to construct a new outpatient clinic for Baltimore Medical Systems.
The clinic included a retail pharmacy as well exam pods for pediatrics, family practice, OBGYN and internal medicine.
New HVAC systems were provided to serve the practice including a dedicated exhaust fan to serve two negative pressure rooms. A natural gas emergency generator was installed on the roof to provide back-up power for medication and vaccine refrigerators as well as critical data equipment in the suite.
