Barton Healthcare Designs Modern Medical Office Building

Barton Healthcare provided MEP engineering services for the new Bayhealth Nemours Sussex Medical Office Building. The project was a collaboration between Anchor Health Properties, Bayhealth, and Nemours healthcare organizations.

The project included separate core and shell and tenant fit-out packages. Because of the many healthcare entities involved with the project, Barton worked closely with each organization to ensure their various MEP infrastructure requirements were provided while still maintaining the project budget. Barton teamed with Stantec Architecture Inc. for the design of this facility.
