New Luxury Apartment Complex Near The Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
Barton Education provided MEP and fire protection engineering services for a new 3-story, 296,000 square-foot multi-family apartment building for student housing located near Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL.
Onshore Daytona provide luxury student housing to the community and provide 210 units/636 beds.
The design included garden style apartments, clubhouse, swimming pool and modern amenity spaces.
