New Medical Office Building for Eye Consultants of Pennsylvania
Barton Healthcare provided MEP engineering and and construction services for the renovation of a former grocery store to construct a 15,000 square-foot eye clinic for Eye Consultants of Pennsylvania in Pottsville, PA.
The clinic includes eye exam spaces, laser procedure room, lens laboratory, waiting, registration, offices, and an optical sales retail space.
The existing mechanical and electrical systems in the building were replaced in their entirety except for the incoming electric and sewer services. The new HVAC system consisted of packaged gas-fired rooftop units with variable air volume distribution and electric reheat coils.
