New Senior Living Facility for the Myrtle Beach Community
Provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design and construction administration services for the Grove at Coastal Grand in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (formally The Retreat at Coastal Grand).
The building is a 4-story senior living apartment building containing 200 units with interior conditioned corridors, amenity spaces, and an exterior courtyard and pool area. Our work included 4 apartment unit types ranging from 800 to 1,200 square feet each.
