New Luxury Apartment Complex Near The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
Barton Education provided MEP and fire protection engineering services for a new 140,000 square-feet, 7-story wrapper-style apartment building near the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Legacy 202 includes 113 units with eight unique floor plans, a modern fitness center, central courtyard, private study areas and rooftop amenity areas to provide a luxury student housing option.
Also integrated into the design is a 3-story fitup for a local fraternity chapter.
Barton also coordinated an emergency generator to provide backup power for the building.
