Multi-phase renovations for Virtua Health
Barton Healthcare provided MEP engineering services for the 40,000 square-foot renovation to the Virtual Health & Wellness Center located in Washington Township, NJ.
The renovations occurred in multiple phases across the 3rd and 4th floors of the facility and included the following outpatient practices: surgical, cardiology, neurology, GI, pain management/hand surgery, pulmonary, and primary care.
Existing building mechanical and electrical systems were modified to support the renovations and phased construction approach.
