New Outpatient Center Provides Convenient Surgical and Outpatient Care
Barton Healthcare provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering and construction services for a new state-of-the-art, 34,000 square-foot outpatient center for Wellspan Health located in Lancaster, PA.
Barton provided three drawing packages. One package for the core and shell of the building, a second for the MRI Suite and Physician’s Medical Office Practice, and the third for an 18,500 square-foot ambulatory surgery center.
The innovative facility was designed with the future of health care in mind, with three operating rooms set to accommodate the latest technologies. The surgery center also features a 20-bed pre/post-anesthesia care area divided into two distinct spaces depending on care needs.
