Provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design and construction administration services for Foundation Senior Living in Garner, North Carolina.
The new construction building consisted of a 3-story senior living facility with 82 resident rooms, multiple dining options, amenities including a spa and library, and outdoor courtyards. Our work included 54,000 square feet of assisted living multi-family construction with common areas including a commercial kitchen.
