New Luxury Apartment Complex Near The North Carolina State University
Barton Education provided MEP and fire protection engineering services for two new 3-story, Yugo Raleigh Logan, 115,170 square-foot multi-family apartment buildings, for student housing located near the campus of North Carolina State University.
The project provided 120 units/294 beds from one-to four-bedroom apartments.
Barton was able to cut several months off the construction timeline by powering the buildings via 1-phase power rather than waiting on utility to run 3-phase power to the site.
