North Hall and Rock Apartments Housing Renovated at Slippery Rock
Barton Education provided MEP engineering services for renovations to North Hall and Rock Apartments at Slippery Rock University.
The project included renovations to the 87,000 square-foot North Hall including plumbing, lighting and ventilation upgrades to the lobby and first floor restrooms; 2nd & 3rd floor corridors, student rooms, and communal restrooms; domestic water and sanitary risers; and back service entrance lighting.
The project also consisted of renovations to Rock Apartments, which is comprised of eight, 8,600 square-foot buildings, including upgrading ventilation, lighting and plumbing for the kitchens and bathrooms.
