Additions and Renovations at The Hill at Whitemarsh
Barton provided architectural lighting design services for the multi-phase renovations and addition to the healthcare facility at The Hill at Whitemarsh located in Lafayette Hill, PA.
The specialty lighting design promotes a luxury resort feel while providing quality lighting levels to support the specific needs of a skilled nursing environment.
The project includes the addition to and renovation of existing resident units as well as multiple living, dining, and multi-purpose public areas for residents. A two-story administrative building addition was also included in the design.
The Hill at Whitemarsh is a 7-acre Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with spacious, upscale homes and a fully equipped Fitness & Aquatic Center.
