New Luxury Apartment Complex Near The University of University of Alabama at Birmingham
Barton Education provided MEP and fire protection engineering services for a new construction 7-story, 308,100 square-foot multi-family luxury apartment complex, The Marshall on 5th, located just a few blocks from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
The building is stacked over 2-stories of parking area and 4,500 square-feet of retail space.
Barton also coordinated an emergency generator to provide backup power for the building. Other key elements included exterior courtyards, grilling stations, premium fitness center, study lounge, and an e-gaming room. The project provided 169 units/406 beds from studios to 4 bedrooms.
